What is a bCredit?
Buyers can earn credit by taking various actions. These credits can be redeemed on a future purchase.
What does that mean for me?
Don’t worry, this credit doesn’t come out of your earnings. This program is designed to drive sales!
To be clear - I won’t pay more in fees, or earn less on my sale when credits are redeemed?
Correct!
Example:
You sell an item, the total is $230
$200 (item) + $10 (shipping) + $20 (tax)
No bCredits used:
- Buyer pays: $230
- Tax ($20) collected by Bonanza → Seller receives $210
- Final value fee (FVF: 11% of $200 item = $22) → Seller pays: $22 in FVF
- Seller’s net: $188
Buyer uses $5 in bCredits:
- Buyer pays: $225
- Tax ($20) collected by Bonanza → Seller receives $205
- FVF is reduced (max credits apply against fee): $17 instead of $22
- Seller’s net: $188
